Larry Moskowitz, universally regarded as "Architect of Video Public Relations" founded Medialink in 1986 and steered the innovative startup to its current status as a leader in providing news and marketing media services for its 750 communications clients worldwide.

As President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Medialink, Larry was voted one of the most influential communications executives of the 20th Century by PR Week magazine following his being named New York Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young LLP. He established key standards for video news releases, television station usage monitoring and the modern paradigms for domestic and international distribution. Soon after Medialink's inception, he worked closely with the Radio-Television News Directors Association to establish a code of ethics based on full disclosure for broadcast PR video.

Following the Company’s expansion of offices across the United States, he established its international operations in London in 1992. He guided the Company through its Initial Public Offering in 1997. Larry led Medialink’s subsequent expansion into public affairs news distribution through the acquisition of U.S. Newswire prior to its acquisition by an international newswire company. He shaped the decade-long development of Medialink Public Relations Research into Delahaye Medialink, before its purchase in 2004 by a leading media intelligence company.

Moskowitz directed the creation of Teletrax™, the first global digital video watermarking service, developed in concert with Royal Philips Electronics. Teletrax is now being used by leading entertainment, news and media organizations including the Associated Press, Reuters Television and units of all four major U.S. television networks, among others, to track usage of their news, programming and show promotions nearly 1,500 channels in more than 50 countries, including all 210 U.S. markets.

Moskowitz began his professional career as a reporter and editor at United Press International. He later served as a foreign correspondent before starting his first business, a newswire service later acquired by a large media company.

Married to a deaf professional actress, he is fluent in American Sign Language, which helps him "feel words in my hands and see phrases in the air." A graduate of the Journalism School at Pennsylvania State University and a former professor of investigative journalism at Temple University, he is a frequent speaker in the United States and Europe on topics including the emergence of new marketing paradigms, communications technology and global news broadcasting.

As Chief Operating Officer, Larry guides Medialink in its development of strategies, technology and tools to help companies engage audiences with compelling, informative stories that harness the enduring narrative power of images and sound.

Larry led the creation of Mediaseed™, Medialink's Web 2.0 platform for producing, sharing, distributing and tracking video and other rich media assets. Under his leadership, Medialink has expanded its portfolio of digital media services that now comprises production and distribution of streaming media, podcasting, search engine marketing, Web syndication, viral distribution, narrative marketing, and digital asset management.

Larry joined Medialink in 2005 and brings to the Company more than a decade of experience in media services management, revenue generation and product development. Prior to Medialink, Larry was President of MultiVu, a provider of broadcast and multimedia production and global distribution services that he helped found in 2002 as a division of a national newswire company. During his earlier career, Larry also held progressively senior management positions overseeing critical business ventures, including the launch of a digital distribution platform for multimedia news content, while playing key roles directing sales growth.

A 20-year financial veteran with expertise in the digital asset management industry, Ken Torosian was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Medialink in 2005 to oversee the Company’s financial management and regulatory compliance. Ken previously served as CFO for Applied Graphics Technologies, Inc., one of the world's largest providers of digital asset management and prepress services that was later acquired by venture capital firm Kohlberg and Company. During his tenure, Torosian was responsible for all financial matters and controls within the company, including reporting, tax, and treasury functions, covering more than $600 million in revenue generated from more than 60 locations on three continents. Earlier, he held senior accounting and financial positions at Ogden Projects and Deloitte & Touche. He currently is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Don Michels joined Medialink as CTO in 2007 with a brief to direct the development, implementation and maintenance of Medialink's technology applications and networks as the Company further expands its broadband capabilities with the launch of Mediaseed™, its Web 2.0 content management platform. Don's responsibilities also include continued enhancements of the digital video monitoring and content tracking technology of Teletrax™. He was formerly Vice President of Technology for The FeedRoom, Inc., a supplier of broadband media solutions for media companies, organizations and government agencies, where he led teams specializing in software, infrastructure and broadcast engineering and operations, quality assurance and project management. During his six-year tenure, Don also supervised technical design and production on several high-profile Internet broadcast events, including the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship known as "March Madness" for CBS/Sportline and CSTV.

Mary C. Buhay joined Medialink in 1993 and held executive management positions in sales and marketing for its U.S. division until her appointment to the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications. Mary is currently responsible for the development and implementation of corporate marketing and public relations strategies. From 1988 to 1993, Mary was a group sales manager of Radio/TV Reports, a former division of broadcast research firm Competitive Media Reporting. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the public relations and advertising services industry, having overseen broadcast and research projects for corporations such as AT&T and Unilever, and for the public relations and advertising units of prominent agencies such as Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson, and Ogilvy & Mather. She currently is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.

Scott Michaeloff joined Medialink in 1999 and oversees the company’s video production and narrative marketing services. He leads the company’s efforts to develop new media solutions for Fortune 100 clients and is responsible for developing broadcast and cable partnerships that leverage Medialink’s diverse content. Prior to Medialink, Scott spent 14 years at London-based World Television News (WTN), the ABC-owned international news agency. Scott served as Vice President specializing in live international news event coverage, international programming and syndication, news feed syndication, and new media development. He also represented the services of ABC NewsOne and ABC ABSAT satellite truck division internationally. Before joining WTN, Scott held numerous producer positions in news and sports. He has worked with several national cable networks including Showtime, The Movie Channel and MTV. Scott has also worked as a producer and consultant on several entertainment and syndicated programs including Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Real TV, Extra, and A Current Affair.

Jack Serpa was appointed Senior Vice President of Client Solutions in 2007 and oversees Medialink's national sales force. Serpa brings more than 20 years of experience generating new revenue in public relations and media research. He was formerly a vice president of business development at Cision, an international provider of news media intelligence, where he focused on sales expansion and industry relations. Earlier, he led business and product development teams for electronic news distribution companies Business Wire, Marketwire and Entertainment Communications Network. Serpa also founded a Web-based media research venture that was subsequently acquired by The Arbitron Company. In addition, he later established the online media research practice within Mediamark Research Inc., a consumer research firm.

Michele Wallace was hired in 1989 as the pace at Medialink's operations center matched that of a small TV newsroom. Today she directs the company's New York-based Global Broadcast Center that facilitates satellite distributions and operations. In addition, Michele oversees the rapidly-developing Mediaseed™ team, which handles digital content management for clients and rich media distribution to journalists and Web publishers. Before coming to Medialink, Michele spent seven years in major market television news. For four years she was assignment editor at WVUE, the ABC affiliate in New Orleans, and for three years assignment editor at News 12, the all-news cable channel on Long Island, New York.
