Diana comes to MediaLink with deep agency experience centered in client service leadership, digital strategy and activation and integrated communications planning. From the outset of her career, Diana has helped to propel brands into unchartered waters within media, data and emerging technology. Her passion for strategic innovation and transformation has led to many “firsts” for clients, such as adidas, Dannon, Diageo, Estee Lauder Companies and The Home Depot. This approach has resulted in some industry accolades, including a Cannes Lion, and blueprint examples for the agencies at which she has resided.
Diana began her career in the global digital team at Mindshare, part of Group M / WPP, where she helped plan and steward major media partnerships across EMEA for Nike and PlayStation. Thereafter, she spent the majority of her professional experience within the Dentsu Aegis Network, both at the Global HQ in London and, since 2009, in New York. Working in diverse roles across three of the network’s major agency brands – Isobar, Carat and iProspect – she built strong credentials as both a practitioner and a strategist, with an ability to bridge the old and new media worlds fluently.
Most recently, she was responsible for the largest book of business in the east at digital performance agency iProspect, where she oversaw roughly 50 employees and drove business results for brands, such as ADP, ALDO, AMEX, Michael Kors and more.
Born and raised in the UK, Diana graduated from The University of Manchester with a BA in French and History of Art.
