As Senior Vice President at MediaLink, Jennifer Kasper brings more than 15 years of retail marketing, digital media strategy and brand management experience. Jennifer partners with MediaLink’s retail and e-commerce clients to explore the ways that branded content, mobile and point-of-sale innovation can influence strategy and customer journeys.

Prior to joining MediaLink, Jennifer was with Macy’s, most recently as SVP Customer Strategy – a role in which she led the retailer’s customer acquisition and retention strategies, growing the lifetime value of its 40 million-plus households. During her tenure, she led Macy’s involvement in the launch of Plenti, the nation’s first coalition rewards program, and she directed a cross-functional, company-wide initiative to target and acquire millennial and multicultural consumers.

From 2011-2015, Jennifer led Macy’s digital media strategy, managing its social media footprint, mobile marketing platforms and display advertising campaigns. She also partnered with to bring its omnichannel performance marketing efforts to life and accelerate its online business to become seventh place in the 2015 Internet Retailer Top 500.

As a founding chair of The Digital Ascendant and its sister organization The Retail Ascendant, and as a co-chair of the NYC Digital Collective from 2011 through 2014, Jennifer has helped establish valuable professional networks for digital media executives. She was also recognized by Advertising Women of New York and Working Mother magazine as an Advertising Working Mother of the Year.

Jennifer earned an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, and a BA in English Literature from Grinnell College.
