Neil Carty


Neil Carty brings over 15 years of multi-disciplinary expertise to MediaLink where he has developed the firm’s innovation specialty, combining his knowledge of the emerging technology landscape with methodology that helps brands and agencies stay on top and ahead of marketing’s fast evolution.

Carty has held roles in communications planning, content marketing, innovation and entertainment marketing. Some of the world’s biggest brands have relied on him for strategic guidance including  American Express, Sprint, Unilever, Jaguar,  and The Home Depot.

Most recently Carty was partner, director of innovation and emerging technology at Mindshare, a GroupM company, where he built a practice fostering innovation and business growth by developing working relationships between startups, VCs and brands. Previous agency roles include Initiative, PHD and Bartle, Bogle, Hegarty.

Prior to his agency life, Carty co-founded an international feature production company, Free Dream Films, based in New York and Namibia as well as ran North American marketing operations for International fine arts publishing group Umberto Allemandi.
