Rob Dennis has spent more than a decade solving the most difficult talent-related challenges for the top technology and financial services companies in the world, and now he brings his expertise in talent strategy, organizational engineering and recruiting to MediaLink as Senior Vice President.

Before joining MediaLink, Rob was the CEO of People.Co, an engineering recruiting platform relied upon by a wide variety of the most selective companies for talent recruiting, and which was backed by top investors in Silicon Valley and New York. People.Co was spun off from talent mapping technology developed by Rob at Lincoln Square Advisors, a boutique consulting and business acceleration firm he co-founded in 2011. Lincoln Square partnered with hedge funds and tech companies on everything from talent acquisition and organizational design to fundraising and M&A.

Prior to Lincoln Square, Rob was the first recruiter hired at Bridgewater Associates, now the largest hedge fund in the world. While at Bridgewater, Rob helped the firm grow from 200 to more than 1,500 people in five years, he built and led the technology recruiting function and oversaw recruiting at all levels, from campus hiring to executive search. He also developed a deep interest in recruiting and HR technologies, led the creation of proprietary internal tools, and evaluated and implemented a suite of well-known vendor platforms.

As a Senior Vice President at MediaLink, Rob leads efforts to expand its talent offerings in the technology, VC, and financial services industries. He enjoys working on complex, mission-impossible-style talent problems at all stages of a company’s life-cycle.

Hailing from Arizona, Rob studied English and creative writing at Harvard and Florida State University. When not geeking out on talent strategy and recruiting technologies, he is an award-winning published poet and fiction writer.
