James K. Lonergan

Jim Lonergan has over 15 years experience in managing and growing information businesses. He started his career in sales and marketing at financial services firms before joining the start up Technimetrics where he launched one of the fist Internet product offerings for the financial services industry. After successfully selling the business to Thomson Corp., he joined Thomson Financial as EVP and COO of the investor relations division.
While at Thomson Financial, he was instrumental in integrating business units and acquired companies into a cohesive organization. From 2001 – 2007 Jim was President and COO of TheStreet.com and grew the business into one of the most respected financial publishers.
Prior to joining The NewsMarket, he was Executive Chairman and Director of publishing company Sports Information Group. Jim serves on the boards of Sports Information Group and ManagementCV Inc and is Councilman-Elect for Chatham.

Nick Abramovich

Nick is responsible for global operations, financial management and strategy at The NewsMarket. Nick started his career at Coopers & Lybrand and then went on to become a principal at The Bosworth Group, which was later acquired by MetLife. Most recently he was the CFO and Chief Operating Officer of MoveOnIn.com, a New York-based start-up in the real estate sector. Nick earned his Economics degree from Tulane, his MBA from Columbia and is fluent in Russian.
Nick has never been to Coney Island but starts every other sentence with “this one time, at Jazz Fest”… He is unfortunately not related to Roman but thanks for asking.

Krish leads and manages all aspects of The NewsMarket's award-winning platform. He joined The NewsMarket in 2002 from Zensar Technologies, the leading software solutions provider in India and a joint venture with Fujitsu (UK) and RPG Enterprises, where he was a web architect and project manager. At Zensar Technologies, Krish designed, managed and led multiple software projects for global customers such as Microsoft, Fujitsu and AskMe Corporation. He brings a deep understanding of Web-based technologies and experience delivering cutting-edge business applications and products to the global marketplace.
When not working on the next killer application, Krish is brandishing his reputation as Jersey’s answer to Henri Cartier-Bresson.

Jack Serpa

Jack was appointed Senior Vice President of Client Solutions in 2007 and oversees Medialink's national Client Solutions team. He brings more than 20 years of experience generating new revenue in public relations and media research. He was formerly a Vice President of Business Development at Cision, an international provider of news media intelligence, where he focused on sales expansion, industry relations, product development and acquisition integration.
Previously, he led business and product development teams for electronic news distribution companies Business Wire, Marketwire and Entertainment Communications Network. Jack also founded a Web-based media research venture that was subsequently acquired by The Arbitron Company. In addition, he later established the online media research practice within Mediamark Research Inc., a consumer research firm.

Brendan has global revenue responsibility at The NewsMarket. He oversees all revenue-generating activities of the company and works with the rest of the executive management team on strategy and execution.
Brendan, a seasoned executive with nearly a decade in the financial and legal information and professional service space, and a veteran of Bloomberg LP, most recently ran sales for Bloomberg Law (BLAW), a new business line within Bloomberg LP in New York. While at Bloomberg, a leading global information provider to Wall Street, corporations and, most recently, law firms, Brendan headed up North American business development and global sales strategy. During his tenure, BLAW's revenue grew dramatically, while he and his team managed relationships with leading legal departments of corporations and top 100 law firms.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, Brendan holds an MBA from Cornell University.

Matthew Thomson

Matt heads up The NewsMarket's European operations and has global responsibility for the company’s video services, client consulting and media relations. He started his career in digital marketing in 1990 working between London and Paris at Wheel, now part of LBI, and consulting clients including Whitbread and Europcar. In 1995 he joined Bulletin International, now part of Ogilvy Public Relations, where he was the agency's new media director and managed PR campaigns and major events throughout Europe for brands such as Motorola and Rolls-Royce He joined The NewsMarket in 2000 and is part of the company’s founding team.
A man of many talents, Matt likes to build things – furniture, walls, houses, boats, companies, etc. He loves the British countryside and feels strongly that a day in the sun is overrated. An avid runner, he also likes to fly with the eagles.

Scott Michaeloff

Scott Michaeloff joined Medialink in 1999 and developed the company’s Narrative Marketing services. He leads the company’s efforts to develop new media solutions for Fortune 100 clients and is responsible for developing broadcast and cable partnerships that leverage Medialink's diverse content.
Prior to Medialink, Scott spent 14 years at the ABC-owned international news agency WTN. Scott served as Vice President specializing in live international news event coverage, international programming and syndication, news feed syndication, and new media development.
Before joining WTN, Scott held producer positions in news and sports. He has worked with several national cable networks including Showtime, The Movie Channel and MTV. Scott has also worked as a producer and consultant on several entertainment and syndicated programs including Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Real TV, Extra, and A Current Affair.
